I’m thrilled with my purchase, the feel , the color, all met my expectations.
At first, I was very pleased with the shopping experience. The website was easy to navigate, the products looked beautiful and a team member assisted me with a discount on my purchase.
I bought a blanket and patiently waited for my confirmation. It never came. No updates on my order for several weeks, but the charge on my card went through. I sent and email to follow up, asking about the status of my order, later that week received an email apologizing for the delay but my order was on the way. Still no confirmation email.
I looked up return policy and it said I had one month to make a return from the time of ordering. Three weeks had passed and still no order or confirmation email. So I requested a refund since nothing had arrived. No answer.
Over the next week or so, sent several more emails asking for a refund. Package finally arrives, the blanket is not as pictured. Colors are drab and not as vibrant as pictured on the website. Showed husband and he also agreed that the colors look better on the website image. I keep it in the original packaging and continue emailing, requesting a refund. All emails ignored.
The month date comes and goes, still no answer. Blanket still in original packaging, all refund request emails still ignored and website says not to send blanket back to manufacturer.
Now, I have received this email requesting a rating and review. So here it is. I am disappointed with the lack of communication and follow through. What started out as a positive shopping experience now is a regret purchase. I will NEVER buy from this company again. And I hope my review is posted so all of you reading know how upsetting this shopping experience was. They don’t take care of their customers!
Great quilt. Not too thick and good quality.
This is a wonderful blanket. I love the pattern, the vibrant colors, and it's very well made. I bought this to cover the sofa which always gets covered with cat hair. I wanted something I could easily wash and this has worked out perfectly. I liked it so much that I decided to get another blanket for my bed.
