Here’s what to know
- the design is pretty and of good quality
- the material is super slippery
- the white is ultra white and the back of the duvet cover is a solid, crayon box red
- the cover is extremely lightweight, which is exactly what I wanted
- the full/queen size is too small, in my opinion, for a queen bed - it barely hangs over the edges, so with two people in the bed there just isn’t enough material.
I probably wouldn’t have bought this if I’d seen it in person first, mostly because it’s so, so slippery. But it’s fine, and the super light weight of it is perfect for me because I can’t use heavy convers ( bad back).
I tried to resolve this customer service and was met with so much resistance. This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I am out a lot of money and have no product. Severely disappointed.
