I had some sizing issues when buying some pajamas for my mother. Ownkoti staff were prompt, professional, courteous and truly sincere about getting the exchange and options for the perfect choice for my mother. I love the quality of these clothes and the customer service and high quality product make Ownkoti a wonderful company to support and trust.

Beautiful loungewear, however the sizing is way off! I am always a standard medium in everything. After reading other reviews I ordered 4 sets of pj’s in large. Before wearing, I washed each set in cold water, line dried and they shrunk down even more. They looked like they were petite size now. Ridiculously small.
I had to give them all away to my petite neighbor.
My friend who is also a medium size, ordered her pj’s in XXL and they fit well. They also shrank quite a bit after washing in cold water and line drying.
I’m having open heart surgery in a few weeks and was looking forward to treating myself these beautiful pairs of pajamas. I am disappointed!
