Ownkoti Retro Non-slip Breathable Flax Slipper

Love these slippers.

Soft, comfortable, indoor use slippers.

I ordered 2 pairs of Retro Non-slip Breathable Flax Slippers because I read on the website of Ownkoti that one can return any purchases if you are not satisfied but you have to assume the freight and the items back by registered mail. I paid 61 dollars for the two pairs.

When the Slippers arrived they looked very cheap, made out of plastic and had lost their round form because they where not packed properly.

I contacted the customer support and asked to return the Slippers.

The Ownkoti custom support first tried to convince me not to return the items, saying that they would refund me 5 dollars, then 10 dollars.
Since I did not accepted they provided me the address where to send the Slippers back

The provided address had 180 characters and the main transport service in Portugal declined the address since it did not fit in digital system of registered mail.
I informed Ownkoti about the situation since on their website return seems possible.

I wrote the following mail:

Dear Ownkoti Team

I bought two pairs of shoes for 61 dollars.
I bought she shoes for two reasons, first, because you say on your website that they are made with high quality materials and second because it says on your website that you can return the items if you assume the freight.

The shoes are made out of simple plastic and they did not arrive in a good condition as I showed in the picture.

I am willing to pay the freight to receive my 61 dollars back but the address you provide can’t be fully written ( because it has 180 characters and no digital system for transport in Europe accepts 180 characters/letters for an adress)
It is NOT possible to send a REGISTERED package with the adress having 180 characters.

Therefore it’s not possible to return your items as you say on your website !

If your website would say : returns are not possible I would never have bought the shoes !!!

They answered that they cannot help it, the only thing they can do is to offer me 12$ ( but I spend 61$) and I did not want the Slippers.

The worst is that I saw exactly the same Slippers which are sold at Ownkoti for a very expensive price at Aliexpress for 2,48 €.

If you want to do yourself a favor start to look at Aliexpress before buying at Ownkoti for 12 times more !!!!!!

These slipper shoes are lightweight attractive and durable.
