Ownkoti Comfy Fleece Pajama Long Bathrobe

It's as soft and fluffy and cosy and warm as I'd hoped it would be, and a gorgeous sunny yellow. I'm a small to medium sized Westerner and the women's XL is a good fit for me.

bad quality and worst customer service experience. Their product is cheap China quality, not good China quality. Premium price with really cheap quality.

I was very disappointed that the bathrobe supplied was not what I ordered (it short with pants, not long) and looked like an M for an XL. Worse, when I asked for a return and credit as the error was entirely Ownkoti’s, so I could buy something else, I was told I could only buy another robe! Why?I couldn’t get any product for the same price! I was sure all the robes they send me will be too small. The customer service is polite but deaf. I wrote 7 times! I will not buy apparel again from Ownkoti!

The robes in the photos are very clearly ankle length. I am 5'2' and 110 lbs. With the measurement chart that is provided as well as the photos in the listing, this robe should very clearly be more than ankle length on me. Upon receiving the robe, it it mid-calf length at best. I have measured and the length is 4 inches short, the arms are 3 inches longer and the bust is 3.25 inches wider. Manipulative marketing is thriving here. Upon attempting to return the faulty robe, the company badically laughed in my face with a 15% discount. They have also insisted I pay for return shipping. Had the product been true to size and I was just not happy with that, I would understand. But as they have sent an essentially damaged item, it should be their responsibility to rectify this.
Other than horrible customer service and useless products, the robe is fine. I would equate it to a robe you can find at a lingerie or box store.

I ordered size XL, but it is too small. It feels like M or L. After I received, I try to return it. But they don't want any return or money back. Customer service is horrible. Do not deal with this company
