What is Worry-free Delivery®?

Worry-Free Delivery® is an optional shipping protection service provided in collaboration with Seel, a center specializing in after-sales service.

By adding Worry-Free Delivery® at checkout for an additional fee equal to 2% of the total order value (excluding the discounted price of the products and shipping fee), customers may receive coverage for certain unexpected shipping-related incidents that occur during transit, together with a simplified claims process managed by Seel.

Please note Ownkoti will continue to provide assistance with delivery-related concerns even if Worry-Free Delivery® is not selected. This optional protection is designed to offer enhanced shipping coverage and faster resolution for eligible transit-related claims.

Why should you purchase Worry-Free Delivery®?

After purchasing Worry-Free Delivery® to your order may qualify for reimbursement in certain shipping-related situations, subject to Seel’s assessment and approval procedures.

  • Missing or Incomplete - Items or key components were missing

If an order arrives with products that are incorrect, incomplete, reimbursement may be issued based on the value of the impacted merchandise.

--Time Limit: within 7 days after the package delivery date

--Attention:  Orders fulfilled through multiple shipments may arrive separately. Items still in transit under separate tracking numbers will not be classified as lost or omitted.

  • Not Delivered - The package was lost or theft

Approved claims may receive compensation covering up to 100% of the original purchase amount.

(1) Shipment Not Arriving Within Expected Transit Period

If your parcel remains undelivered for more than 60 days after dispatch and the tracking record shows stalled movement, abnormal logistics activity, or no meaningful tracking updates, the order may be eligible for loss compensation.

Time Limit: Requests must be filed no more than 90 days from the shipment date.

(2) Tracking Delivered but Not Receive Parcel 

If tracking confirms delivery while the package was not successfully received, the case may qualify for investigation and reimbursement review.

--Time Limit: Requests must be submitted within 7 days following the recorded delivery date.

--Attention: All reimbursement requests require review based on tracking details and any supporting evidence provided by the customer. Eligibility determinations and final compensation outcomes are handled exclusively by Seel.

  • Significantly Delayed - Shipment is significantly delayed beyond the promised delivery date

If a shipment remains undelivered for more than 30 days after dispatch, eligible orders may qualify for a USD $5 delay compensation.

--Time Limit: Requests must be submitted within 90 days from the order date. Eligibility will be evaluated using tracking updates and related shipment records.

--Attention: A compensation request for shipping delay will not impact eligibility for future claims related to lost or damaged packages. All claim decisions and reimbursements are subject to Seel’s review and approval.

  • Defective - The product arrived defective or not working properly

If your package arrives with transit-related damage, reimbursement may be provided according to the severity of the issue. Compensation, if approved, will be limited to the value of the affected items or package.

--Time Limit: Damage reports must be submitted within 7 days after delivery.

--Attention: Coverage does not apply to product defects unrelated to shipping or damage occurring after the package has been delivered. All claims are reviewed and finalized by Seel’s evaluation team.

When will I receive my Worry-Free Purchase payout?

Once your payout request has been reviewed & accepted, you will choose a method of payout. General timing is listed below:
Direct Deposit: 1-3 business days following return acceptance
PayPal Transfer: 1 hour following return acceptance
Venmo Transfer: 1 hour following return acceptance

Can I change my order after it is placed?

If you purchased Worry-Free Purchase protection with your order, then Seel will send you a confirmation of your Worry-Free Purchase via email with the detailed coverages included for your order. Worry-Free Purchase is not refundable unless the entire order is canceled.
