I ordered three pajama sets - two gowns and one shorts/top. The gauze gowns are great and pretty much as advertised (except the contrasting trim has pilled and I think I synthetic, not cotton gauze like the body of the gown) and fit like I expected according to the height and weight they list for sizing. On the other hand, the pajamas weren’t even cotton! I would NEVER wear a synthetic product for sleep. Although the tag is in Chinese, Google Translate doesn’t say it’s cotton but more importantly, I can TELL it’s phoney baloney. Additionally, The shorts were microscopic! So tiny and couldn’t fit a person of the stated weight. I felt like a character in the emporer’s new clothes. My immediate communication with their customer service felt like they were coercing my freedom of thought because I know a synthetic when I see and feel it and they insisted otherwise. They only offered for me to buy additional shorts that came a size up but that still doesn’t help me as I don’t wear synthetics. They are using cheaper materials to make more $$$ - caveat emptor! Wish I would’ve gone to Nordstrom to begin with for some nice Tana lawn cotton Jammie’s on sale but got sucked in with the pretty designs/prints of Ownkoti - they are not an honest or reputable company!

I have only received one pair of pants. I wouid like to know status of. The rest of my order.

I purchased a twin bedspread in the black ginkgo design. The design is lovely, but I was disappointed to find the fabric was very thin, more like a bed sheet. Also, the website picture indicated that there was a contrasting border all around the bedspread; however, the the one o received only had it on one of the four sides. I was disappointed and don’t think it is worth the nearly $100 I paid.

I am so happy with my new robe. It is comfortable, fits perfectly, the green & violet colors are beautiful. I have nothing but positive feedback for your company!

Very pretty soft and well made

I bought two gauze robes for myself and gave 3 as gifts.
I had a problem with my first order beingtoo large. After some effort, however, I was able to contact Ownkoti and was able to have it exchanged by paying $12. For postage.
They had me keep the original one which I gave to someone it would fit. Initially, I was disappointed it came from China because I’ve had bad experiences. However, the quality of this garment is exceptionally good. I am a stitcher myself and was happy with the finishing.
I love all of the combinations of colors and have to discipline myself not to own more. They wash easily and well,are comfortable, and luxurious, and I find myself feeling very relaxed when I’m wearing it. SM, Atlanta, GA
