Worry-Free Purchase

This was my third purchase, and I think I'm addicted to these beautiful quilts.
The colors stay, and hold shape after laundering. Perfect weight, so i do t get too warm, but keeps the chill off too.
I highly recommend.

That fabric is so soft and breathable!
Washes well too and colors don't fade.

I absolutely love my sunflower blanket! So very well made and after 2 washes it's getting so soft. I highly recommend!!!

I love it! Very nice quality and very comfortable

Love my new reversible sunflower quilt!!!🌻

Loved every single item I purchased.

I needed to hear change and did not know shipped from China. I got to keep the top large and for $12 they sent the right size. It took less than 2 wks to receive and I am a happy customer. Thank you.

I have quite a lot of buying experience with this seller - having bought 4 kimono robes in the last 2 months including 2 as gifts for girlfriends. We all feel that the seller and product are wonderful.

Their colors/designs are incredibly beautiful. The quality of the material is great and soft (great to be enveloped in!). Their packaging was beautifully put together - and protectively packed - and arrived quickly, on time, as communicated.

Ownkoti customer service has also been so great, quickly and clearly responding and resolving my error in the size ordered for my kimonos. Customer satisfaction is clearly their priority.

I didn't realize the product was coming on a slow boat from China. We're used to stuff arriving in days or a week, but it takes a couple of weeks. Worth the wait, but knowing this would have helped me worry less.

Love, love, LOVE my purchase! Timely delivery, great fabric and fit, colours just as pictured. Will be ordering again!

Fast, efficient service. The quality of Ownkoti products is second to none. Thank you. Will order again!

I have a robe and a king size coverlet with the Ginko leaf design and I just love them. Soft material, beautiful design, great products.

Everything came very well packaged. The quilt and pillow shams are beautiful!

It was a nice addition to the purchase to make sure all goes smoothly.

Same

Thus was a birthday gift for my sister and we both loved the presentation as well as the quality of your products. The only negative comment I had was the amount of time to receive the robe. It missed her birthday by a week.

Came as intended

I love the new bedspread and pillow slips, the fabric is so soft and looks fabulous on our bed.

Package was tight . Shipping was great

Love my pj's! Very comfortable and was impressed with the quality. Sewing is well done!

Am completely satisfied with the purchase

The weight and design are just perfect for life in the desert. The oversized design is so easy to wear

Love it

I loved it. Loved the colors

Loved quality. Delivered with no problems.

Excellent

I received my robe fairly quickly and it was beautiful! I thought the fabric would be thicker but it is a very comfortable robe, good quality and the colors are lovely. I highly recommend this product

Beautiful. Easy care.

Everything went so smoothly, the ordering the shipping and their arrival. I love my new bathrobe!

The worry-free purchase definitely took away any shipping/delivery anxiety. You pay so little for peace of mind. Just get it.

I adore these! They are very well made and extremely comfortable! The shipping was okay with no problems…I wasn’t going to buy these because of the price and I went back & forth trying to decide! They were well worth the price!!

My concern, the length of time it took to ship was quite lengthy without communication.
The size I ordered was large, the top is fitting a little loose and the bottoms fit, although a bit tight. Material is beautiful!
