This robe is absolutely beautiful and really lovely quality! Unfortunately the 'one size' was too small so I contacted customer service for their return options. Communication was excellent, clear and I was given a few options. I chose to exchange for another robe that comes in 2XL from their amazing selection and am now waiting for the replacement.
